These are my raw, working notes and sketches about the brain design, etc. I don't suppose a lot of it will make sense to anyone but me, but I'm letting you look over my shoulder anyway, as promised!
I've split it up into two sections: One is a random selection of notes from before the project got funded, in case you want to see where I'm coming from and because I might conceivably refer back to them, and the other is post-funding stuff that I'm using now to help me think through the problem.
By the way, I'm not opening this book up to comments because it's only a personal stream of consciousness and hence full of false starts, dumb ideas, weird bits that don't really make sense even to me any more, and so on, so discussion would be pretty distracting and fruitless!
